Fortune and Great Place to Work named First American Equipment Finance No. 11 among the 100 Best Workplaces for Millennials.

First American’s workforce is approximately 80 percent millennial colleagues. This accolade marks the third time the company has been recognized as a Fortune Best Workplace for Millennials.

To determine the Best Workplaces for Millennials, Great Place to Work surveyed nearly 400,000 employees from across the U.S. based on 50 different metrics, including leadership competence and respect and fairness in the workplace. The survey compared millennial colleague responses to other generations to ensure that they are having a positive experience, irrespective of the role they play in the organization.

Additionally, Fortune and Great Place to Work have ranked First American as a the No. 1 Best Small/Medium Workplace in Financial Services and Insurance, plus the accolades as a Best Midsize Workplace for Millennials, Best in New York, Best for Women, Best for Giving Back and Best for New Grads. Entrepreneur Magazine named First American as a Top Company Culture and Selling Power Magazine named First American among the Best to Sell For. Best Companies Group named First American as the No. 1 Best Midsize Place to Work in New York in 2018 and 2019.
