Washington Federal has named Rik Johnson Vice President and Regional Sales Manager and Todd Hatch as Assistant Vice President and Regional Sales Manager of the Company’s equipment finance division, announced Mike Brown, Washington Federal’s Senior Vice President and Equipment Finance Division Manager.

Johnson has 25 years of equipment leasing experience. He most recently worked with Capital One’s equipment finance department. Previous to this, he served at MetLife Capital, US Bancorp and Key Equipment Finance. Johnson earned his degree from Western Washington University.

Hatch has over 13 years of experience in the banking industry. Most recently, Hatch served as the Arizona district sales manager for Zions Credit Corporation. Prior experience includes serving as an equipment off-lease manager for CIT Equipment Finance and supervisor of data integrity control for Green Tree Financial Services. Hatch earned his bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University.
