Position Summary:
The Account Executive will play a key role in generating new business and maintaining relationships within designated vendor programs. This individual will be responsible for driving sales, managing accounts, and ensuring the satisfaction and success of vendor partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Business Development: Actively identify and pursue new opportunities to expand LeasePoint’s footprint within the healthcare equipment financing market.
- Vendor Program Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned vendor programs, ensuring strong relationships and alignment on business goals.
- Client Engagement: Engage with vendors and clients to understand their equipment financing needs and provide tailored solutions through LeasePoint’s offerings.
- Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals.
- Account Management: Manage day-to-day operations for vendor accounts, ensuring smooth communication, timely processing of applications, and exceptional customer service.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the credit, marketing, and operations teams to optimize vendor programs and drive success.
- Market & Industry Insight: Stay up to date on healthcare equipment trends, competitors, and market demands to effectively position LeasePoint’s services.
- Reporting & Forecasting: Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline progress, and vendor program performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in financial services or healthcare equipment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
