FORTUNE and Great Place to Work® have named First American Equipment Finance as #25 among the Best Medium-Size Workplaces in the U.S.

This accolade is based on anonymous employee responses to an extensive survey about their levels of trust, pride and camaraderie at work. Consulting firm Great Place to Work® reviewed the survey results of more than 52,000 employees from hundreds of companies in the ranking process.

Among the findings from the study: employee trust fuels business performance. Companies on the Best Small and Medium Workplaces list enjoy roughly three times the revenue growth of their peers.
