Balboa Capital moved its corporate headquarters to a new location in Costa Mesa, California to accommodate current and future planned growth. The company now occupies the entire top suite of a 12-story, contemporary office building at The MET Costa Mesa.

“Our new office reflects our forward-thinking goals that focus on company growth and our customer-centric operational strategy,” said Robert Rasmussen, Chief Operating Officer at Balboa Capital. “We added more than 100 employees in 2016, and we now have a spacious and modern facility that will allow us to expand our sales and operations divisions so we can continue to meet or exceed the expectations of our customers. In addition, the design of our office improves efficiency and fosters collaboration between departments.”

Balboa Capital’s new office spans over 28,000 square feet on two floors that are connected by a newly constructed staircase in the company’s main lobby. The office has an open layout with bright spaces, exposed ceilings, and contemporary office furniture and decor. Realizing the importance of protecting the environment, Balboa Capital outfitted its office with 100% LED lighting and an energy-efficient climate control system. Additionally, the company reused 95% of its existing office furniture. “Our convenient South Coast Metro location, proximity to major freeways and distinctive work environment will help us to attract top talent in Orange County and its surrounding regions,” said Mr. Rasmussen.
