BigRentz announced the appointment of Robert Gray as Vice President of BigRentz PRO, a new division developed to provide equipment rentals to BigRentz's network of over thirteen hundred equipment suppliers.
The PRO division brings the company's convenient rental experience to equipment rental businesses with its premium customer service and innovative technology. With BigRentz PRO, rental companies can fulfill every order when their equipment is out of stock, the jobsite location is geographically undesirable, or the right equipment is missing from their fleet.
"The process is quick and seamless, and runs in the background," Gray commented. "Rather than a rental company spending a few hours trying to source the equipment, or telling their prospective customer they cannot fulfill the order, the rental company can utilize the BigRentz network to complete every rental as if it were their own. With just one call, the BigRentz PRO team handles all of the legwork, reducing time and increasing productivity."
Gray initially came on board in January 2014 as VP of Business Development to build and manage the company's relationships with equipment suppliers across the nation. In his new role, he will head the development of the PRO division by leading a team of rental specialists and coordinators. The group will work with equipment rental companies to leverage BigRentz's online network to satisfy their customers' rental needs.
