Odessa Technologies has donated computers, office equipment and supplies to local Philadelphia organization 12+.

The items donated are currently being used to help outfit 12+’s newest PLUS Center at Penn Treaty High School. In addition to several refurbished computers, the PLUS center will also have a printer, scanner, fax machine and other necessary office equipment and supplies, all provided through Odessa’s donation.

“We are extremely grateful for the generous donation from Odessa Technologies,” said Raymond John, Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder, 12+. “The donation will provide our students access to computers that otherwise wouldn’t exist and will help them expand their studies, explore new course material, and prepare for college and careers for many years to come.”

12+ is a Philadelphia based non-profit whose mission is to increase educational equity by building school cultures that inspire academic achievement and student aspiration beyond the 12th grade. 12+ opens PLUS centers in local area schools to provide college readiness resources and services for the entire student body, and works with counselors, teachers and school leadership to understand their college readiness needs. Through non-profit partnerships and community outreach, 12+ is able to offer a comprehensive package of services while developing meaningful relationships within the neighborhoods of the PLUS center partner schools to encourage collective empowerment.
