The Equipment Leasing and Finance Association (ELFA)  announced the Power of People Summit 2025, a new event set to take place July 21-23, 2025, in Baltimore, Maryland. This pivotal gathering will bring together equipment finance industry leaders and professionals for two days of dynamic engagement, innovation and collaboration.

The Power of People Summit will integrate key elements from the association’s Emergence, Equity and Women’s Leadership Forums into a unified event designed to inspire and drive industry progress. The summit will focus on fostering leadership, empowerment and professional development within the equipment finance industry.

In conjunction with the summit, ELFA is also announcing the formation of the ELFA Inclusion Committee. This committee will support the association’s commitment to creating an inclusive environment for all industry professionals. The Inclusion Committee will be bolstered by three specialized subcommittees:

• Emerging Leaders Subcommittee: Dedicated to supporting emerging professionals in their career development.
• Inclusion Education and Resources Subcommittee: Focused on creating valuable educational content and resources.
• Women’s Subcommittee: Concentrated on advancing gender diversity and opportunities within the industry.

Additionally, three working groups will be established to address Events, Marketing/Communication and Mentorship, ensuring that the association remains attuned to the industry’s evolving needs.
