Fortune and Great Place to Work have honored First American Equipment Finance as one of the 2024 Best Workplaces for Millennials (under 1,000 FTE). This is First American’s eighth time being named to the nationwide list, this year coming in at #14.

To determine the Fortune Best Workplaces for Millennials List, Great Place To Work collected nearly 510,000 responses from millennials at eligible companies. To be considered, companies had to be Great Place To Work Certified and have at least 50 millennial employees in the U.S. Sixty-seven percent of First American’s workforce is millennial and 15 percent is Gen Z.
