The company has been ranked seventh among small and mid-size companies, significantly improving from its 27th place ranking in 2022. 100 percent of employees reported that management is competent in running the business and is honest and ethical in its practices. Additionally, employees noted that politicking and backstabbing are not used as ways to get things done. Every employee agreed that they are provided with adequate resources and facilities that contribute to a positive working environment. Remarkably, 97 percent of Liventus employees say it is a great place to work, compared to 57 percent of employees at a typical U.S.-based company.
