First American Equipment Finance has been named the No. 1 on the Rochester Top Workplaces 2024 list (midsize category, 125-399 FTE). This is First American’s fourth consecutive year ranking in first place.

The Top Workplaces list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement specialist Energage.
