Equipment Finance Cares (EF Cares) announced dates and locations for its 2024 events.
“EF Cares continues to focus on the human side of the equipment finance industry,” said Jesse Johnson, President of Consult Disrupt and Founder of Equipment Finance Cares. “EF Cares is looking forward to the four planned events in addition to other impromptu volunteerism initiatives that will take place in 2024.”
EF Cares hosted over 300 equipment finance professionals from 150 different organizations in 2023. The events consisted of panels and speakers that were comprised of industry thought leaders. Topics of discussion included industry benchmarks, best hiring practices, DEI, cultivating younger talent, mental health, navigating the work from home environment, how to have a healthy work/life balance and more. EFC showcased and donated over $25,000 to 24 different charities and foundations that are affiliated with equipment finance industry professionals. The inaugural EF Cares Charity Golf Tournament hosted over 100 equipment finance professionals and raised $15,000 to support the newly established EF Cares Charitable Fund.
