Fortune and Great Place to Work have honored First American Equipment Finance as one of the 2023 Best Workplaces in Financial Services & Insurance (under 1,000 FTE). This is First American’s seventh time being named to this nationwide list, this year coming in at No. 7.

The Best Workplaces in Financial Services & Insurance list is based on analysis of survey responses from over 191,000 employees from Great Place To Work Certified companies in the financial services and insurance industry. In that survey, 98 percent of First American’s employees said First American is a great place to work. This number is 41 percent higher than the average U.S. company.

The Best Workplaces in Financial Services & Insurance award is highly competitive. Great Place to Work selected the list using rigorous analytics and confidential employee feedback. Honorees were selected based on their ability to offer positive outcomes for employees regardless of job role, race, gender, sexual orientation, work status, or other demographic identifier.
