North Star Leasing Implements Tamarack’s TrailView Customer Service Portal

North Star Leasing, a division of Peoples Bank, has partnered with Tamarack Technology on the implementation of TrailView Customer Service Portal. An element of North Star Leasing’s commitment to improve the customer experience and streamline operations, Tamarack’s TrailView portal provides North Star Leasing’s customers with 24/7 access to account information.

According to Rebecca Chandler, Senior Vice President of Operations at North Star Leasing, the feedback after only a few months has been extremely positive: “Our customers are small business owners who don’t have the luxury of only working regular office hours. Because of this, they need 24/7 access to their accounts. TrailView gives our customers access to the information they need in a manner that fits their schedules.”

Through the customer service portal, North Star Leasing customers receive an enhanced level of self-service capabilities and real-time visibility into their equipment financing accounts. With its intuitive interface, users can effortlessly manage their equipment financing accounts, access critical information, make payments and submit support requests.
