The Equipment Finance Cares Texas event hosted by Wintrust Asset Finance, a subsidiary of Beverly Bank & Trust Company, N.A., will be held on Wednesday, April 19 from 1:30 p.m. – 7 p.m. at TPC Craig Ranch in McKinney, TX.

The “Human Side of Leasing” panel, moderated by Sean McKenna, Great American Insurance, includes Travis Melchior, LTi Technology Solutions; Kareem Jernigan, Leasing Associates; Nancy Robles, Eastern Funding; and Riley Nemeth, Wintrust Commercial Finance. Topics of discussion include mental health of employees, DE&I, engaging with the younger work force, and work life balance.
The “Best Practices” panel, moderated by Jesse Johnson, Consult Disrupt, includes Kirk Phillips, Wintrust Commercial Finance; Jill Mckean-Bilby, BOK Financial Equipment Finance; Dave Fate, Stonebriar Commercial Finance; and Patrick Hoiby, Equify LLC. The panel will focus on sharing industry best practices, current state of equipment finance, women in leasing, succession planning, and maintaining company culture in a hybrid environment.
Equipment Finance Cares is a platform that showcases how equipment finance professionals and organizations are giving back to their respective communities. Foundations currently showcased for this event includes Love Life Now Foundation, Equipment Leasing & Finance Foundation, Chris Walker Educational Fund, St Anthony’s Academy, Stonebriar ESG Initiatives, and Neuro Assistance Foundation.
