Asset Compliant Solutions Achieves SOC 2 Compliance Certification

In response to increasing demand for top-tier data security by large asset-based lenders, Asset Compliant Solutions (ACS) announced that the company has secured SOC-2 Certification from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).

SOC-2, or Service Organization Control 2, is a rigorous set of standards and guidelines that ensure that ACS’s information systems and controls are secure and able to protect sensitive customer data. The company’s compliance with SOC-2 demonstrates ACS’s commitment to ensuring the security and confidentiality of client and customer data.
