As state-level regulations in California have been finalized and pressures to comply mount, the Equipment Leasing and Finance Association (ELFA) will host a second webinar designed to help the equipment finance industry prepare for financial disclosure regulations scheduled to take effect in California and New York. The webinar “Operational Preparedness: Are You Ready for the New CA and NY Disclosure Requirements?” will take place on July 28, 1 to 3 p.m. EST.
The webinar will provide attendees with the latest legal, operational and system integration information concerning commercial financing disclosure laws that are slated to take effect on Dec. 9, 2022, in California and what is expected to be shortly thereafter in New York. The webinar will also touch on overlaps and inconsistencies among state regulations that could require redundant, tedious and/or cumbersome investments in technology, software and training to comply with the subtle and material differences between the state laws.
This event will feature an experienced panel and attendees will be invited to ask questions during an interactive Q&A session. Speakers will include:
