Equipment Finance Cares Ohio will be held Tuesday, April 26 from 1:30 p.m.-6 p.m. at Great American Insurance’s headquarters in Cincinnati.

The “Best Practices” panel, moderated by Johnson, includes Nancy Robles, Eastern Funding; RJ Grimshaw, Unifi Equipment Finance; Bob Rinaldi, Rinaldi Advisory Services; and Ed Rinaldi, PNC Equipment Finance. Topics of discussion include hiring practices, employee morale and retention, inflation and impact on business and employees and the new work environment (in-house, remote and hybrid).
The “Emerging Talent Advisory Council” panel, moderated by Sean McKenna, Great American Insurance Group, includes Lexie Dressman, Huntington Equipment Finance; Will Mennesson, AP Equipment Financing; Ricardo Rios, Jr., Commercial Equipment Finance; and Steven Holben, ENGS Commercial Finance. Topics of discussion include what the younger generation is looking for in an employer, what motivates younger professionals, managing up within an organization and career development.
Equipment Finance Cares is a platform that showcases how equipment finance professionals and organizations are giving back to their respective communities. Foundations currently showcased for this event include Love Life Now, Equipment Leasing & Finance Foundation, Chris Walker Educational Fund, Ridgewood School, Construction Angels and Cincinnati Nature Center.
The event will end with a networking event at the Great American Ball Park which is sponsored by Great American Insurance and Rinaldi Advisory Services.
