Oakmont Capital Services (OCS) has successfully implemented Leasepath’s Finance Origination (LOS) and Customer Engagement (CRM) platform. An independent lender providing commercial equipment financing and working capital throughout the?United States, the team at OCS has grown rapidly. Having recently added operations, sales and lending capacity, OCS selected the Leasepath platform as part of the company’s ongoing efforts towards working smarter by using technology to enhance workflow and increase operational efficiency.
“Customer and vendor relationships are of top priority for Oakmont, and our ongoing goal is to provide the best high-tech, high-touch experience possible,” said OCS Chief Operating Officer Daryn Lecy. “Leasepath allows us to achieve our goal of making the entry point and internal processes smarter and more efficient, enhancing the entire finance experience.”
Leasepath’s Cloud-first Intelligent Workplace platform will support OCS’s current and anticipated growth by enabling the company to provide better support to its customers. OCS selected Leasepath to increase organizational capacity, automate the documentation process, improve workflow, implement credit automation, enhance fraud mitigation, and provide expansive reporting and dashboard capabilities. OCS will be using Leasepath’s sales-to-order workflow, document generation, dealer/vendor portals and other automation capabilities to relieve team members of oft-repeated workload, freeing them to focus on their areas of expertise.
“OCS is such an exciting organization to work with; a model of being committed to pushing the industry forward through innovation,” said Jeff Bilbrey, Leasepath CEO. “It was obvious from our first conversation that they embraced the Intelligent Workplace vision and were prepared to bring it to life for them. By modernizing with Leasepath, they have laid a foundation that allows them to be more efficient, more agile, and closer to their customers. They’re a star team, and we are delighted to be partnering with them in their growth.”
The OCS team is committed to continuous improvements to make the internal and external user experience the best that it can be and is already planning on phase two expansion of the Leasepath system. “Going live on Leasepath is a huge step for Oakmont as our business continues to grow,” said Lecy. “By partnering with Leasepath’s talented and forward-thinking team, we can achieve our future goals with continuous evolution by streamlining our processes while adding a greater personal touch for our customers. Leasepath’s Microsoft foundation and commitment to creating an Intelligent Workplace gives us confidence that what we imagine is achievable.”
