It was designed for seamless credit application processing. With the new system, CHB now processes all applications, from start to finish, through a digital portal. This new tool permits a near-paperless environment and reduces the number of staff hours needed for data entry. Pertinent financial and equipment information is entered one time and required documents are autogenerated.

Further, the system utilizes an intelligent workflow process which results in quicker underwriting and handling increased finance volumes. This acceleration will benefit CHB clients with fast decisions, shorter turn-around times, and reduced redundancies.

Finally, the implementation of DecisionComplete will enable CHB to grow and expand its reach within the equipment finance industry by leveraging the customer relationship management module. This capability will help CHB develop new partner relationships.
