Present Values, a Cincinnati, Ohio-based consulting firm and private capital advisor that specializes in helping organizations find – and leverage – the truth to grow to their full potential, celebrates its 10-year anniversary in 2014. Company founder and managing principal John Handelsman has also announced the launch of a new website to provide clients and prospects, many from the specialty finance industry, with more information on the company’s services and successes. 

Present Values is also expanding its leadership team, a group described by Handelsman as “trusted advisors and truth seekers.” Collectively, the group offers many decades of executive leadership experience in both corporate and entrepreneurial environments across multiple industries, with a focus on the art of aligning resources for growth.  Two new additions will expand the company’s services in the information technology and health care industries:  

• Brent Haswell, Principal, Technology Strategy, is a senior-level technology executive with 35 years of broad experience in infrastructure, technology assessment and product development. Haswell’s experience includes executive positions with Schneider Electric and AK Steel, as well as engagements with SaaS-based companies offering cloud-based business solutions.

• Nancy Creadon Stamps, Principal, Health Care, is a leading consultant in health care systems and management as well as a registered nurse. Through a career spanning nearly three decades, she has served in a variety of health care leadership roles and has worked with organizations focused on critical care, home health, home infusion, pharmaceutical delivery and clinical nursing. 

Handelsman says that along with the firm’s broad spectrum of experience, Present Values is distinguished from other consulting firms by its salient corporate philosophy. “We believe that in business, as in life, we cannot visit reality by ourselves.  Truth requires honest feedback from others who can serve as our guides and partners,” he says on the new website. “We look at all aspects of an organization, from leadership integrity to stewardship of resources to sustainability of products and services – seeing what is, embracing what can be, and bridging the distance from current reality to future potential.”
