After nearly twenty five years as President of Executive Solutions for Leasing and Finance, Inc, Teri Gerson has passed the torch to her protege, Jon Gerson, as of late 2013. Teri founded Executive Solutions in 1990, and has worked side by side with Jon since he joined the company in 2004. Teri was confident that the founding principles of integrity, superior performance, and unfailing commitment to remaining ahead of the curve will be expertly continued. "Jon has consistently demonstrated a keen eye for seeing gaps in the 'Human Capital' process and developing creative and insightful solutions" Teri said. "His deeply felt responsibility to honestly and comprehensively partner with our clients has allowed me to assume a strictly advisory role with confidence."

Jon commented, "Having been trained from the beginning by Teri, I am honored to assume responsibility for the company she built. Teri worked hard over the years to earn a well deserved reputation for professionalism and integrity. As I follow in her footsteps, I will work just as hard to ensure we continue to earn that trust." Jon first worked at Executive Solutions while filing resumes after school as a teenager, and since joining full time has introduced numerous strategic enhancements to Executive Solutions' product offering, most recently proactive-out-of-industry recruitment, or "Fresh Talent". Jon graduated Magna Cum Laude from Rutgers University and lives in Atlanta, GA.
