Effective immediately, the legal name of CoActiv Capital Partners, Inc. has been changed to Element Financial Corp. doing business as Element Financial (USA). In conjunction with the rebranding, Element Financial (USA) has launched its new website at www.elementcorp.com.

Element Financial Corporation completed its acquisition of CoActiv Capital Partners from Marubeni America Corporation and Marubeni Corporation in December 2012.
