Bob Gaudiosi, vice president at AccuVal-LiquiTec, has studied the modular building industry for 20 years and has appraised dozens of companies in the sector, including all major industry players. He co-authored a groundbreaking study for the Modular Building Institute’s Educational Foundation that benchmarked the return on investment of relocatable buildings.
