The Commercial Finance Association announced that Bob Trojan has, effective immediately, discontinued his affiliation with CFA and Richard Gumbrecht has been appointed Interim CEO.
Gumbrecht was most recently the Chief Growth Officer at EverBank Commercial Finance (2010-2016). He has served as the Immediate Past Chairman of the Equipment Leasing and Finance Foundation (ELFF) Board of Trustees since 2015 and held the position of Chairman from 2013-2015. He has chaired its Research Committee since 2007.
The CFA Management Committee is forming a search committee to identify a new chief executive officer.
