Vantage Financial announced the addition of Ariel Waldoch as its Vice President of Operations. Bringing 15 years of experience in financial services and equipment leasing, Waldoch will lead Vantage’s operational strategy, driving process improvements and ensuring a seamless client experience. She will work closely across departments to optimize efficiencies and reinforce the company’s commitment to customized financing solutions.
Waldoch began her career at TCF Bank in 2010, rising from Teller to Supervisor before transitioning to Winthrop Resources Corporation, a leasing subsidiary of TCF Bank, in 2013. There, she served as an Account Manager and later as a Supervisor. Following Winthrop’s acquisition by Huntington Bank in 2020, she joined Honour Capital, a startup equipment finance company, where she advanced from Client Operations Manager to Director of Operations over four years.
Marc Snover, CEO of Vantage Financial, stated: “We are thrilled to welcome Ariel to the Vantage team. Her extensive background in operations and dedication to client service make her an invaluable addition as we continue to enhance our offerings. Ariel’s leadership will help us further strengthen our ability to deliver best-in-class leasing solutions tailored to our clients’ needs.”
