Oakmont Capital Services (OCS) announced the promotion of accounting team member Tammy Crozier, alongside three new hires—Isaiah Gerads, John McCullough, and Morgan Davis—across its Minnesota and Pennsylvania locations.
Crozier, an exemplary member of the OCS team since 2022, has been promoted from Staff Accountant to Senior Accountant. During her tenure, she has contributed her energy and talents to moving the team forward with process improvements and automation advances, all the while assuming more responsibility and generating high-quality output.
“We are delighted to share this announcement,” said George Krusen, MAcct, CPA, CLFP, FMVA, and Chief Financial Officer. “Tammy has been part of Oakmont Capital Services’ accounting team for the past three years, and we thank her for her invaluable contributions during that time. We are excited for her continued success as she takes on an elevated role within the department.”
OCS also added headcount in operations, including:
- Isaiah Gerads, Credit Analyst (MN), will support the growing credit department, helping review and approve customer deals quickly and efficiently.
- John McCullough, Collections Specialist (PA), who has over 10 years of experience in the consumer and commercial finance industry. He will assist the collections team by managing later-stage collections and workouts.
- Morgan Davis, Finance Coordinator (PA), contributes to the funding team handling the initial document review. She assembles comprehensive funding packages and creates detailed needs checklists for the Sales Team. Additionally, Morgan oversees the multi-factor vendor payment validation process.
