PPL Group has engineered the sale of a Texas-based structural steel fabrication facility and equipment to a regional operator who will rehire employees and restart the business.
The company was in bankruptcy and had ceased operations earlier this year. PPL successfully marketed the turn-key plant. Creditors’ recovery was far above liquidation levels, and jobs will return to the 50,000 sq ft facility.
