Sudhir Amembal, CEO of Amembal & Halladay and an affiliate of Rinaldi Advisory Services, announced the release of his second seminar, "The 35 Extraordinary Benefits of the FMV Lease." Unlike his first seminar, "Winning With Leasing!", which is available on an open basis (the next is to be held on October 24), this seminar is being made exclusively available on an in-house basis.

Amembal points to a recent survey of 1,300 CFOs which indicated that the percentage of CFOs willing to consider FMV leasing solutions increased to an average of 23 percent across all sectors in 2023, up from an average of 10 percent in 2018.

The seminar, every aspect of which is geared toward selling FMV leases, presents lessors the opportunity to learn the accounting and tax impact of the product on the lessee; fully grasp the host of benefits offered by the product, 35 in all; gain an understanding that customers have varied motivations to lease; and, deliver the appropriate structure to meet the varied needs of customers.

Amembal created the first-ever commercial seminar in equipment leasing for the industry. He has shepherded the training of over 80,000 equipment leasing professionals worldwide and published 18 books for the industry, including the two-volume best-seller, "The Complete Guide to Operating Leases." He is the recipient of multiple accolades for the services he has rendered to the industry (ELFA Hall of Fame inductee, Monitor Converge 2023 nominee for The Legend and MVP Behind the Scenes, Monitor Converge 2024 nominee for MVP Behind the Scenes, and first-ever honorary CLFP awarded by the CLFP Foundation).
