United Leasing & Finance’s Executive Chairman Ron Romain and CEO Amy Romain Barron have been named to Indianapolis Business Journal’s 2024 list of the 250 most influential business leaders in Indiana. This is the third consecutive year they have been included on the list.

The Indiana 250 list is selected from nominations submitted by readers, other leaders, past honorees, and IBJ staff of individuals across the state who have made a significant impact on Indiana’s economy and communities.

First published in 2022, the list honors leaders across a range of sectors, including nonprofit, finance, law, real estate, and health care. Both Ron Romain and Amy Romain Barron were listed under the manufacturing, logistics, and transportation industry for their work with Professional Transportation, Inc., one of the companies within the United Companies network of businesses, which includes United Leasing & Finance.

The honorees were celebrated at a reception in Indianapolis on July 17 featuring remarks from Vice President Mike Pence.
