FFC, Inc announced Chip Halverson and Mike Myers have joined Lynn Dixon at FFC. FFC is an equipment leasing company with an emphasis on the healthcare market.

Dixon founded the company 20 years ago with a focus on value-added services and strong customer relationships.

Halverson and Myers, both with more than 35 years of experience in the healthcare sector, are joining FFC to help position the company for the next stage of growth. All three of them worked together in the past and have relationships lasting over 25 years.

“I am very excited about what we can do as a team to grow FFC and serve our customers and partners better” said Dixon, President. “The three of us form a very complementary team with different areas of expertise. We can hit the ground running due to our longstanding relationships and extensive industry expertise.”

Halverson, who joins the company as Chairman and CEO, said, “I am excited to join Lynn and Mike at FFC as it begins its next stage of growth. There is a huge opportunity in the market for a customer-centric, independent lessor. We look forward to working with our customers and partners to broaden our service offerings and grow our market share.”

Myers, who joins the company as Executive Vice President, said, “I look forward to working with our customers and partners as they make equipment acquisitions. We will provide in-depth information to assist them in getting the right equipment, at the right price, with the right terms and conditions. Through that process we will build a portfolio of high quality, appropriately priced assets.”
