Channel Earns Third Consecutive Top 200 Workplace Recognition

Channel announced that, for the third consecutive year, it has been named one of the Top 200 Workplaces in Minnesota by the Star Tribune, ranking fifth amongst the top midsize companies in the state. This recognition highlights its dedication to fostering a supportive, inclusive, and dynamic work environment for its team members. The analysis included responses from 149,176 employees at Minnesota public, private and nonprofit organizations. The rankings in the Star Tribune Top 200 Workplaces are based on survey information collected by Energage, an independent company specializing in employee engagement and retention.
