Verdant Commercial Capital has been recognized for its rapid growth and employee satisfaction by being included a third time on two different workplace award lists.

Verdant has been named a Top Workplace in Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky for 2024 by The Enquirer Media. Verdant has also been ranked 14th among the Fastest Growing Cincinnati Private Companies in the Cincinnati Business Courier’s annual Fast 55 Awards.

The Top Workplaces distinction is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage, LLC. The confidential survey measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization, including alignment, execution, and connection. Verdant previously earned the Top Workplace honor in 2023 and 2022.                                                                                                                  

The Business Courier’s Fast 55 program highlights the 55 fastest-growing private companies in Greater Cincinnati over a three-year period. Verdant was also recognized in 2023 and 2021.

Founded in 2017, Verdant has engineered nearly $2 billion in originations since its inception. The company has grown to 96 employees and has offices in five cities.
