Equipment Finance Cares (EF Cares) held its fifth event of 2023 in Scottsdale, AZ. Over 40 equipment finance professionals attended, representing 24 different organizations.

The program featured two panel discussions. The first was a best practices panel moderated by Jaimie Haver, CLFP from Happy Manufacturing. It included Mark Farlin- Leaf Commercial Finance, Marci Slagle, CLFP- BankFinancial, Tony Sedlacek, CLFP- Orion First, and Brad Kissler- Mazo Capital. The second panel focused on the human side of equipment finance and was moderated by Blair Dawson - from Sterling Rose and included Craig Colling, CLFP - Ascentium Capital, Chelsea Haines- Regents Capital, Andrew Pace- ACS and Jesse Johnson- Consult Disrupt.
Immediately following the panel discussion, the featured speaker, Shea Hillenbrand- former two-time MLB all-star and motivational speaker gave a passionate speech about getting the most out of your career and lives.
The foundations that were showcased during the event were: Love Life Now, Operation Open Water, Tam Ky Project, Live & Learn Arizona, and Fresh Start
Ascentium Capital hosted a networking reception that concluded the event.
