Quality Equipment Finance announced Patrick O'Connor, CLFP, Senior Sales Consultant, has been named to Monitor's NextGen 40 under 40 List.

O'Connor's key role at Quality involves working directly with third-party originators and lessors from credit through funding, and continuing into the servicing of the contract. A Certified Lease & Finance Professional (CLFP) and a member of AACFB, ELFA, and NEFA, he brings over eight years of experience and a wealth of knowledge of the equipment finance industry to the table.

With his rich industry background, including managing sales teams, syndication, and capital markets teams, and working as a broker for commercial finance companies, O'Connor has gained a diverse perspective. This unique experience has been instrumental in driving change, scaling the business, and mitigating risks at Quality.
