ENGS Commercial Finance Launches ENGS Mobile App 3.0 to Improve Customer Service

ENGS Commercial Finance Co. has launched the ENGS Mobile App 3.0, drastically improving the user experience and self-service capabilities. The platform offers a one-stop location for customers to easily manage their account on the go from their mobile device.

ENGS Mobile App (for iPhone and Android users) features a refreshed interface improving the user experience through more intuitive controls and visuals. By enabling rich self-service and customer service contact tools, users may download information and submit inquiries on the go, providing a new level of access to finance for commercial customers.

In addition to providing the ease of 24/7 account access, the ENGS mobile app offers users the ability to:

  • View Loan Summaries and Payment Histories
  • Request and Apply for New/Used Financing
  • View Banking and Payment Information
  • Make Simple and Secure Loan Payments
  • Access Common FAQ List
  • Live Chat Functionality

Roman Gajda, ENGS Director of Financial Technology Solutions, said, “Over the last four years, ENGS has seen over 67,000 downloads of the ENGS Mobile App. Our customers have viewed our service offerings and process payment on their accounts thousands of times, simply with a click of a button.” Gajda continued, “Now, we have expanded the information available within the ENGS Community and added the self-service functionality in our Customer Service section. We have seen a great adoption in users managing their account through the ENGS Mobile App.”

By equipping the App with the most requested account tools, the ENGS Mobile App reduces the volume of Customer Services’ transactional calls and emails, increasing agent availability for more time-intensive or personalized service for unique requests. Customers no longer need to wait for business hours to call or receive email responses for basic account information requests. Rather, they can access account details, make payments, and even apply for new financing at whatever hour is convenient for them.
