Equipment Finance Cares announced its latest initiative, Foundation Fridays. “The Foundation Friday’s initiative will allow for additional awareness to the charities and foundations that equipment finance professionals are associated with,” said Jesse Johnson, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for JDR Solutions and founder of Equipment Finance Cares. The initiative will begin Oct. 22 and there will be a new foundation highlighted every week.
These video interviews will follow the format below.
- What is the Foundation’s mission?
- How did the Equipment Finance individual get involved?
- Where does donated money go?
- How can people in our industry make a difference?
The first Foundation Friday showcase is The Epic School based in Paramus, NJ. The interview is with Tony Luparello, from the Macquarie Group and Peter Gerhardt, Executive Director of the EPIC School. Click here for video interview.
The Epic School focuses on independence over perfection. With a 1:1 student-teacher ratio, it develops applied skills so students can better integrate into society as adults. EPIC teachers and staff members shift the conversation away from what people with autism can’t do towards all they can do with the right intervention and support. The next Equipment Finance Cares event will be Nov. 17 from 1:30 p.m.-7 p.m., and will be hosted by Regents Capital at its office in Costa Mesa CA.
