Industry veteran Jim Gavaghan announced the formation of his new recruiting entity, Lease Search LLC.

Prior to launching Lease Search, Gavaghan spent 33 years at GE Capital and served as a Senior Managing Director in GE’s Corporate Finance Division. His entire GE Capital career was in equipment finance where he held several leadership roles.   

Since 2015, Gavaghan has channeled and leveraged his industry expertise to perform talent acquisition and recruitment services. He has successfully worked to fill roles within various functions/levels in client organizations within equipment finance/leasing. In five years, Gavaghan has successfully filled over 80 placements.
