Creekridge Capital announced the company has developed a sales training program to bring young sales talent into the leasing industry. The program has been initiated with the hiring of two recent college graduates as Sales Associates.
The sales training program is designed to train and educate college graduates to help them become successful vendor leasing professionals and advance into the Creekridge sales force as Regional Sales Managers. The program focuses on understanding the vendor leasing business, building vendor targeting skills, selling Creekridge’s value proposition, implementing vendor programs and achieving organic growth with new vendor partnerships.
