PNC Capital Markets has hired Rob Dailey to lead its public finance banking business. Dailey will be based in Philadelphia, and will report to Terry Begley, CEO of Corporate Banking at PNC.
Dailey comes to PNC with more than 28 years of experience in public finance and capital markets. Most recently, he spent 18 years at J.P. Morgan, where he played an instrumental role in building a successful public finance business and achieved leading market share positions in the regions he managed.“Public finance is a critical piece of our local market, community and capital markets strategies,” said Begley. “With the addition of Rob Dailey, we are well-positioned to serve our existing clients, as well as add new relationships throughout our markets and continue to grow the business.”
