CoActiv Capital Partners, Inc., a Marubeni Group Company, announced today the appointment of Mr. Rick Atherholt as the company's Vice President of Legal Services and General Counsel.
 
In this position, Mr. Atherholt will provide legal support for the Portfolio Management department including the management of litigation matters and will provide corporate legal services to all other areas within the company. He will report to David Kovacs, Senior Vice President.

An industry veteran, Mr. Atherholt brings 28 years of legal experience in the equipment leasing industry. Most recently he represented clients at the law firm of McNamara, Bolla, Williams & Panzer. Prior to that, he spent 27 years at De Lage Landen Financial Services as General Counsel and Corporate Compliance Officer.
