Lender Recruiting today announced that Doug Tanner has joined the firm as a Senior Recruiter.  Doug will be responsible for new business development and cultivating and maintaining client relationships with equipment lenders and banks.  He will be based in Marietta, Georgia.

Most recently, Doug served as Senior Vice President for Textron Financial Corporation (TFC), a subsidiary of Textron, Inc.  During his stint as SVP General Manager of TFC’s Golf Equipment Finance division, the division exceeded $300 million in new receivable volume annually to Textron’s E-Z-GO and Jacobsen divisions.

Doug has over 30 years of equipment leasing and banking experience having served in various senior level sales, operations and management roles.  His prior experience includes Regional Sales Manager and Vice President of Credit for TFC and Vice President of Leasing for SouthTrust Bank.  In addition, Doug is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
