Equipment Finance Division announces the automation of UCC filing management through the implementation of Tamarack Consulting’s UCC Integration.  Since Tamarack’s UCC Integration communicates with Corporation Service Company’s (CSC) FinancialOnline service, Stearns Bank can now seamlessly perfect all UCC filings within their back office system, eliminating the need to re-enter Debtor, Secured Party and Collateral data in auxiliary systems.

In conjunction with Stearns’ back office system, InfoLease®, the Tamarack product eliminates the need to reenter Secured Party, Debtor, and Collateral information saving time and reducing errors.  In addition to UCC 1 filings, the system supports UCC 3 filings for Amendments, Assignments, Continuations and Terminations. Other key product features include automatic updates to their system of record with filing data and PDF attachment downloads for document storage.
