International Decision Systems Releases Rapport 6.3

International Decision Systems, the leading provider of asset finance software, announced the release of Rapport® 6.3, the latest version of the company’s market leading front-office origination solution.

The Rapport solution from IDS provides asset finance companies with smooth automation of all their front-office business processes.  New enhancements in Rapport 6.3 enable asset finance companies to eliminate more manual steps, improve the user experience, and further speed the origination process.

Highlights of Rapport 6.3 include:

• Expanded CRM integration including pre-built integration module with Salesforce.com.
• Quick quotes to save time by requiring minimal customer data for rapid pricing.
• Mobile support for sales channels on the iPad.
• Calculate a buyout quote directly in Rapport.
• Customer Portal Integration for improved usability and more timely updates across a customer’s operations and throughout their dealer network.

To help asset finance organizations drive growth even further, IDS also announced the availability of new modules that can dramatically sharpen decision-making.  IDS designed the following two modules specifically to enhance the Rapport origination solution:

• Scorecards for Rapport combines credit bureau scores with your credit criteria such as delinquency information and payment history to help generate a recommended credit decision for an application, without manual intervention.  Scorecards save time by automating recommendations while increasing quality and consistency of decisions by standardizing decision-making processes.

• Portfolio Review for Rapport resubmits individual customers or entire portfolios to credit bureaus on an automatic basis, so you can track scoring trend data to proactively manage accounts and mitigate risk by anticipating delinquencies.
