Onset Financial has hired Kristina Allen as VP of Lease Operations. With over 12 years of banking and lease documentation experience, Kristina's extensive background further solidifies the strength of Onset's lease documentation team. She will be valuable in helping to manage their high volume of deal flow.

Prior to joining Onset, Kristina had been serving as a Sr. VP of the Equipment Finance division of a publicly traded bank.
